Our Focus
The Dachshund Fanciers of Central Virginia is an organization dedicated to the advancement and development of purebred
dachshunds.
The Club typically meets the 3rd Tuesday of each month at the Manakin-Sabot
Fire Station in Goochland,Virginia.Our meetings are primarily for business but we are trying to provide short educational
programs of interest to members and non-members.
We hold a specialty event each year in conjunction with an
all breed show.Other educational events have been provided such as tracking and earth dog.Social events are held several times
a year and are much enjoyed by members and potential members.
Our club is dedicated to the betterment of the dachshund
breed and the education of dachshund owners and breeders in Central Virginia.
